绩效指标字段插入策略修复记录

📋 问题描述

🚨 错误信息

### Error updating database. Cause: java.sql.SQLException: Field 'application_no' doesn't have a default value

🔍 根本原因分析

数据库约束: cw_performance_indicator 表中多个字段设置为 NOT NULL
MyBatis-Plus默认行为: 当字段值为 null 或空字符串时，MyBatis-Plus 默认忽略这些字段
插入策略缺失: 实体类字段没有明确的插入策略注解
字段回填问题: 新增申报时 applicationNo 在BO对象中未及时回填

在 CwPerformanceIndicator 实体类中为所有NOT NULL字段添加 @TableField 插入策略注解。

插入策略说明

FieldStrategy.NOT_NULL: 用于非String类型，字段值不为null时才插入
FieldStrategy.NOT_EMPTY: 用于String类型，字段值不为null且不为空字符串时才插入

前端提交数据 → 后端BO → MyBatis-Plus忽略空字段 → 数据库插入失败

📋 后续操作

需要手动执行:

重新编译后端:

cd backend
mvn clean compile -pl ruoyi-modules/ruoyi-cw

重启后端服务:

# 停止现有服务
ps aux | grep java | grep ruoyi-admin
kill -9 [进程ID]

# 启动新服务
mvn spring-boot:run -pl ruoyi-admin

清理前端缓存并测试:
