1. 评审与采纳

• 1.1 产品/研发共同评审 proposal.md 中的八项能力划分是否与山峡化工项目阶段匹配
• 1.2 对照 工程规范 §3 校验 database-conventions 与 api-conventions 中的 SHALL 条目
• 1.3 对照 docs/web-admin-ui-spec-fresh-mint.md 与 docs/miniprogram-ui-spec-sanqiang.md 校验 ui-conventions 是否覆盖团队最关心的门禁（色板、树路径、弹窗）

2. 与仓库治理对齐

• 2.1 在 openspec/config.yaml 的 context 中摘要本变更及 ecosystem-landscape（多系统 SQL 与 CRM 路径）；OpenCode 见 .opencode/ecosystem-landscape.md
• 2.2 在 PR 模板或评审清单中增加一条：涉及租户/软删/排序的改动必须对照 api-conventions 与 database-conventions
• 2.3 工作流专项启动前，将 workflow-conventions 中 SQL 审批人、版本迁移等「Open Questions」拆成独立变更
• 2.4 将小程序「仅拍照凭证」上传写法写入 ui-conventions / api-conventions / architecture-conventions，并在 AGENTS.md 摘要索引（后续 miniprogram 业务开发以此为基线）

3. 归档（实现稳定后）

• 3.1 按 OpenSpec 归档流程将 zkxw-engineering-standards 合并入 openspec/specs/，使基线规范与活跃变更分离
• 3.2 归档后更新 AGENTS.md 或贡献指南中的「规范入口」链接，指向上游 spec 路径
