zlwuandCursor 57487fd0dc fix(protocol): save DJ pay details without blocking on due-sum mismatch 
Persist payment before samples to avoid consuming sample codes on validation failure, soft-delete samples on create rollback, and surface DJ due-amount mismatch as a hint only.

Add qcWorkOrderCompleted query param and EXISTS-based sample_code filter
so pending reviews can default to QC-complete samples only.

zlwuandCursor 26800865cd feat(oa): add return, resubmit, and multi-round approval progress 
Align with DingTalk semantics: reject ends the instance, return keeps it for initiator edits, and revoke-and-resubmit creates a linked new instance. Progress timeline projects rounds via oa_instance_event.

zlwuandCursor 7f7979679f fix(menu): 修复两级菜单结构和嵌套问题 
1. 菜单类型默认值改为 TOP_LEFT（顶部一级+左侧二级）
2. 二级菜单 component 设为空字符串避免嵌套布局
3. 前端和后端菜单数据同步更新

zlwuandCursor c03c624b1a refactor: 将后端菜单从14个一级菜单重组为5个一级菜单分组 
- 新增5个一级菜单：市场、生产、质检、运营支撑、系统管理
- 每个一级菜单添加 isTopMenu: true 和 menuCode 标识
- 二级菜单路径调整为完整路径（如 /market/cell-storage）
- 更新文件注释从"13个一级菜单"改为"5个一级菜单分组"
- 保留所有子菜单内容，仅修改 id、path 和 meta 信息
