Summary

样本接收列表/详情 API 补齐协议侧附件字段（细胞存储：协议附件/知情同意书/孕妇健康调查表；科研捐赠：知情同意书/传染病检测报告/其他附件）
列表卡片在原有主附件旁展示【知情同意书】
接收弹窗右侧改为上运输信息、下协议附件分组（Fresh Mint 原型 v1）

Test plan

backend pytest tests/test_sample_reception_protocol_attachments.py tests/test_sample_reception_list_sort.py → 4 passed
web-admin tsx --test src/utils/protocol-source-attachment.test.ts → 5 passed
未执行构建（用户明确免构建）；服务未重启，浏览器视觉待本机已有服务切到本提交后核对

fix(web-admin): 样本接收展示协议知情同意书等附件 c40feab76a

质检样本接收列表与弹窗需查看采集协议侧附件。后端待接收/已接收列表补齐协议附件字段；前端列表增加知情同意书缩略图，接收弹窗右侧改为上运输、下协议附件分组展示。
