Share one finance remark per approval instance across Web and mobile. Require the explicit permission and the current tenant user's own done task for every read and write; keep general instance responses free of financial remarks. Add idempotent MySQL migration without automatic role grants, cross-end editors, isolated backend and frontend tests, and rollout requirements. Refs #7; platform validation and target database migration remain pending.
uni-app 移动工作台
本目录使用 HBuilderX、uni-app Vue 3 与 Vant，提供登录、工作台、权限菜单、OA 列表及 WebView 宿主。工程名虽为 mobile-h5，也承担微信小程序，并非普通 Vite 项目。
准备与编译
在本目录执行 npm ci 安装 package-lock.json 对应依赖，再使用 HBuilderX 打开此目录，按目标平台运行或发行。package.json 没有通用 build/dev 脚本。
npm run gen:vant-mp-css 用于生成小程序兼容样式，会写文件；仅在相应依赖或样式变更时使用。
pages.json：页面注册；manifest.json：平台配置。pages/：页面；components/：共享组件；utils/：请求、认证、OA/市场桥接及测试。styles/：Token、Vant 主题和组件样式；static/：运行资源。unpackage/：编译产物，不提交。
与 H5 的关系
OA 发起、详情和市场表单通过 WebView 访问 ../mobile-oa-h5/。本地／测试环境配置、域名、Token、返回路径及消息协议必须两端一致。修改桥接逻辑要同时检查 utils/oa-h5.js、utils/market-h5.js 及对端路由。
规则及规范与实现的色板差异见 AGENTS。不在文档整理中改 Token。
验证
按改动执行 utils/ 中相应 .test.js 或 .test.mjs 文件，并完成目标平台编译。浏览器结果不等同于微信真机验证；页面、安全区、附件选择、WebView 返回需要实际平台核验。
服务启动由用户操作；实际应用 ID、认证和部署凭据按团队环境管理，不加入新的示例文件。
