Share one finance remark per approval instance across Web and mobile. Require the explicit permission and the current tenant user's own done task for every read and write; keep general instance responses free of financial remarks. Add idempotent MySQL migration without automatic role grants, cross-end editors, isolated backend and frontend tests, and rollout requirements. Refs #7; platform validation and target database migration remain pending.

Vue 3、TypeScript、Vite 7、Element Plus、Tailwind CSS 4、Pinia、SCSS。基于 Art Design Pro 模板持续开发，当前业务入口以本仓库为准。
开发
需要 Node.js >=20.19.0、pnpm >=8.8.0（以 package.json 的 engines 为准）。从本目录执行：
pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
pnpm build
本地开发服务由用户执行 pnpm dev。本地 .env.development 使用团队提供的脱敏配置，按 vite.config.ts 配置代理与端口，不覆盖已有配置。Docker 构建使用 .env.docker；VITE_* 会进入客户端，不能放服务端密钥。

fix、lint:prettier、lint:stylelint 会改写文件，不作为只读检查使用；clean:dev 现已是提示脚本，不会清理业务页或模板资源。
代码入口
src/main.ts：应用入口；src/router/：Hash 路由、权限与动态菜单。src/router/modules/sqxp.ts：业务菜单路由；src/views/：市场存储、生产、质检、中试、OA、系统等页面。src/api/：接口；src/store/modules/：状态；src/components/：共享业务组件。public/：运行时静态资源，包括 TinyMCE、SOP 资源，不能按“第三方”或“Demo”批量删除。
UI 使用 Fresh Mint；新增页面先选择 P01–P27 参考模式。规则见 AGENTS，文档见导航。自动导入、主题、对话框、表格与树路径约束均以本项目规则为准。
测试与部署
单元及回归检查分散在 src/ 与 scripts/，按测试文件所用 Node/tsx 方式运行；当前没有统一 test npm 脚本。仅构建成功不能代表业务回归通过。
Docker Web 镜像同时包含本应用和 mobile-oa-h5/，见 Dockerfile与部署说明。目录重命名、静态资源和代理改动需要同步检查部署引用。

模板来源：Art Design Pro（Daymychen/art-design-pro）。保留 LICENSE 的原版权与许可；依赖和第三方静态资源遵循各自许可。本文替代原模板推广页，不删除许可文件。
