fix: 纳入 mobile pnpm-lock 并简化 CI 安装，保证与本地依赖树一致

删除无效 pnpm-workspace.yaml；CI 用 frozen-lockfile + 跳过 puppeteer 下载。 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
