- [ ] 1.3 对照 `docs/web-admin-ui-spec-fresh-mint.md` 与 `docs/miniprogram-ui-spec-sanqiang.md` 校验 `ui-conventions` 是否覆盖团队最关心的门禁（色板、树路径、弹窗）
|
|
|
|
## 2. 与仓库治理对齐
|
|
|
|
- [ ] 2.1 可选：在 `openspec/config.yaml` 增加 `context` 字段，指向本变更目录或 `openspec/specs/` 归档后的基线说明
|
|
- [ ] 2.2 在 PR 模板或评审清单中增加一条：涉及租户/软删/排序的改动必须对照 `api-conventions` 与 `database-conventions`
|
|
- [ ] 2.3 工作流专项启动前，将 `workflow-conventions` 中 SQL 审批人、版本迁移等「Open Questions」拆成独立变更
|

## 3. 归档（实现稳定后）

- [ ] 3.1 按 OpenSpec 归档流程将 `zkxw-engineering-standards` 合并入 `openspec/specs/`，使基线规范与活跃变更分离

- [ ] 3.2 归档后更新 `AGENTS.md` 或贡献指南中的「规范入口」链接，指向上游 spec 路径
