问题与预期

科研捐赠导出运费列为空；多样本同一运费批次应对齐模板做纵向合并。

改动范围

backend：科研捐赠列表 sampleItems 附带样本 id 与 freight
web-admin：导出运输方式/运费，按 freightId 合并单元格；科研表储存状态等按模板对齐

单元测试

提交：d413398b3d821ad2b5e768653b5877fb76a1d2a0
单元测试命令：pnpm exec tsx --test src/utils/collection-ledger-export.test.ts src/utils/protocol-audit-flatten.test.ts，20 passed

构建与整体验收由用户在合入后进行。

fix(web-admin): 科研捐赠导出补齐运费并按批次合并单元格 d413398b3d

列表未返回样本运费批次导致运费列为空。导出按同一运费批次合并运输方式与运费列，并按模板对齐储存状态等字段。
